a semi fascist could have the ones that DO NOT HARM OTHER PEOPLE such as followed tradition or conflicted description of enemies those dont harm others so the reply to "semi fascist" is the "good half" considering most of the list does not harm others so only the harmful characteristics deserve and warrant opposition not every semi fascist just usedcas a deception to connect people to something containing harm.
