is the book samuel heresy?

there are a list of biblical books called "historical" and if the teachers would call them fiction or fable that would be the prejudice the contents are false=just as bad calling them historical is a prejudice.
assume that joshua and judges are good books yet samuel-book describes a god who revealed that he rejected saul while  saul continues to rule as king. as though god is powerless. assuming that god exists, then these contents are heresy and the decision to include this book in the list of holy books is an error, based on the content of the book. treat it like other heretical books which are too old to be worth reading.
assuming the other books are not bad, some of the stories are repeated in chronicles so not having samuel still will have some stories in cronicles.
this question itself would get me burned by christians and stoned to death by jews throwing rockss if not for secualr morality. "how dare you doubt the book. if it from god it must be true so light that fire" jesus  !! the people are the ones directing me to the book- they could possibly be correct and also error so based on the content we see an error.
catholics have many books which jews and protestants do not have in the holy-list. they quote the book written by paul ! that "all scripture" is holy evidence everything they include in the volume but paul was not reffering to what would be added after paul! protestant sadmit not everything well also not everything they accepted either- christ !! in fact eusebius and origen had lists with less letters/epistles and the list should not include samuel either we must resist the bad of the tradition.
we have a book called ezra yet books always a name which matches a word in the begining samuel has the birth of samuel at the beginning  yet the book with the name "ezra" at the beginning and whose name is ezra,  was not preserved. calling a different book ezra is not honesty. and the ancient jewish list does not include the book nehemia in the same way the lists of origen and eusebius didnot have certain books added. so it is an error to include the book beginning with cyrus called ezra as well as nehemia nd samuel. these are ancient books that can be treated like other ancient heresies. instead study how to develop today's technology and move forward!
