ugh, the summaries at fandom do not match the story and are in bad order and poor quality. they SEEM as bad as the dvd-cover summaries of other series-es... so i fixed some.

5,1 Clark rejoins the Stones of Power in the device in the Kawatche Caves. It transports him to the North Pole. The Disciples of Zod arrive in Smallville, and exit their Black Ship. Lois helps the Kents after their home was badly damaged by the second meteor shower. When Clark refuses to continue his training, Jor-El annuls his powers.

5,2 Those Clark loves are taken hostage, to force him to deliver a serum from LuthorCorp's Level Three. Clark and Chloe find a solution without his superhuman abilities.

5,7 Clark gets cut by a new type of meteor rock: silver kryptonite. It generates paranoid delusions: that Chloe revealed his secret, that Jonathan is scheming against him with Lionel, and that Lex and Lana are having a secret relationship. Chloe and the Kents frantically search for a cure, but Professor Fine is Clark's savior, earning Clark's trust.

5,11 Lana gets held hostage by an enraged (and seemingly deranged) Smallville deputy, to compel Lex to reveal the location of the Kryptonian spaceship. When Lex tells her he does not have it, she must save him from the deadly deputies. Meanwhile, Jonathan suspects a problem about campaign financing.

5,12 Jonathan and Lex respond to the results of the senatorial election. Clark makes a fateful decision to reveal his secret to Lana. Jor-El's prediction that Clark will lose a loved one forever materializes.

6,2 Clark is ill. His sneezes are very destructive. Chloe points out that this indicates another ability: the super-blow. Meanwhile, Lois lands a job at The Inquisitor, the local tabloid. Lana moves in with Lex. Lex gets abducted due to people seeing his superhuman powers. Meet: Oliver Queen.

6,3 After Lex throws a charity ball, Clark and Chloe search for Jimmy Olsen who gets "all tied up" by a mysterious being who traps human males for procreating. Clark discovers that he's not the only one that escaped the Phantom Zone. The love interests intensify between the two couples: Oliver-Lois, and Lana-Lex.

6,4 Green Arrow is stealing from the rich and someone is donating stolen jewelry to museums. Clark follows a clue to discover the truth about Oliver Queen, who also discovers Clark's abilities.

6,5 Lex and Oliver's prep school past has come back with a vengeance: two of Oliver's friends are mysteriously and violently killed. Lex and Oliver are next... causing Lana's concussion. Clark discovers that "a handful" of "zoners" escaped the Phantom Zone... one arriving in Australia.=As teenagers, Lex and Oliver went to the same prep school. Oliver and his friends bullied Lex and his only friend Duncan. When Duncan was ruining Lex's plan, Lex was furious at him. In the present, Lex and Oliver attend an alumni gathering at that school, where one of Oliver's friends gets impaled. Elsewhere, Clark sees satellite photos that show four other craters, which were created the day he escaped from the Phantom Zone. These indicate that others came to Earth.
