although in new york city already morning, so the moon set already, still on west coast and in shishmaref alaska still nyt 3:30am. about moon, both there and on the oregon coast, still nyt 430am, also there the moon will not set for an hour. they are lucky now kuz NOW the moon is almost full 99% and they can see it now. it has been full all nyt and will set in one hour in those two places as they turn away from moon to face the sun.
