amino acid for protein in lentils "complete amino acid"

so I am fed up with BOTH sides repeating wrong "data" that they heard on the topic of protein in lentils and beef... here are the FACTS for you to see for yourself and share.
but first to lighten the criticism: which TIME is the name of an amino acid? 3:09 ! haha.
humans NEED to eat nine types of amino acid, lentils have ALL nine. not "missing part" of the molecule nor "missing a type" either. no need to combine lentils with anything... nor ADD lentils to anything besides more lentils ! what is my bias? i eat lamb and beef so i am nutral and eat lamb... that i did not pinch nor kill nor cut until after it cant feel pain.
anti-vegetarians LIE often that "only beef gives you the protein you need." they say a deceptive half truth too: "vegetables are "missing" amino acids... well guess what? a SMALL portion of beef or lamb is "just as missing" the full-day supply, as the portion of lentils.
as above lentils are "not missing" any of the nine vital types of amino acid nor "missing any part" as if incomplete molecule.
vegetarians SAY we combine the lentils with rice to get a "complete protein" that is also a lie... no need to combine lentils with anything else other than more lentils to total the daily amount for the nine vital amino acids that our body cannot build, relying on food from animal OR plant.
lentils has MORE amino acids than bread. the context is usualy to praise the arab culture for wisely combining rice with lentils... as if arabs dont eat beef... haha yet truly no need to add anything to lentl except additional lentil for protein. also add INJECTIONS of vitamin b12 to vegetarians.
propaganda i read is easily proven false kuz lentils HAVE all nine types same as beef. the only difference is beef has more methionine per serving while lentils DO have less pr serving... so add lentils to REPLACE the beef to total the daily total.
lentils has more of the nine than bread. a website lied about cystine but lentils have it and one serving is complete for all nine except methionine so add a half cup extra dry to replace the beef beside the lentils... if you want but i prefer beef or lamb.
lentils have more than bread in each type of the nine vital aminos, especially lysine bread low but a serving of lentils over 100% of lysine and other types from the nine vital only need to add more lentil if concerned about methionine.
