sources about water baptism

acts 1.5 defines baptism as with spirit and specifies differs from water baptism.
also first cor. 1.17 specified not to baptise. if so the one baptism mentioned in ephesians is with spirit like acts 1.5 and if true then there is "one' not one important god and one medium god.
also "all were" baptised in spirit first cor. 12.13 what about the days between the confession of faith until they get to the water? they are "all" baptised even before and even without water.
some say "every baptism is with water" is that true? what about acts 1.5? and when jesus said to baptise he never said "if it was water" we should not add words... claiming water has no basis. we should let the bible in acts define baptism.
