story the easter bunny is near
introduction: did you know? the EASTER BUNNY is magical. a story about animals. a story can be called "a tale" and bunnies have a ... tail.
chapter one, meet dave
Dave was a good boy even after getting christmas presents. dave was always careful not to join the mean bullies in his fifth grade class who pushed the younger smaller students. he never skipped his homework and even selected one subject to put special effort to study more than any other subject.
as easter approached his dad brought him a paper and told dave to write to the easter bunny "which gift you want."
dave knew his dad was jewish and that it was just a childish way to get him to reveal which gift he would enjoy receiving. mom, who went to church once a month and never missed a month, was against celebrating easter, so dave knew that neither of his parents really believed in easter.
dave knew what he wanted and wrote "dear easter bunny i wish i could be an animal for one month. love from dave."
dave handed the paper to dad, expecting dad to read it to see which gift to buy, but dad only stuffed the page in the envelope and said "i am so proud of your efforts in school" dave felt appreciated.
dave was surprised to hear his dads words because he was old enuf to know santa was not real....
chapter 2 at school
the next morning, dave went to school like usual. however at recess break something strange happened...
a child with long dark hair and blue jeans came near him and said "hi my name is katy" dave felt shy he had seen girls for years but was never interested in them. he had heard girls had cooties but that was not anything real. dave suspected she wanted something from him so he pretended that he was talking to a boy. "hi i am dave. i am new to connect-icut" [he said the word with all the letters sound]. katy giggled and held back correcting him. that is the way to make friends with a boy.
soon they were talking and walking beside the edge of the schoolyard fence.
soon other students came and starting shouting how he was different "look! dave is with a girl, he will catch cooties" jeered one. "dave has a girl-friend" said another in a tone of ridicule. suddenly katy whispered in his ear "they are just jealous that no girls like them so they say girls are like sour grapes".
the next few weeks felt like they flew by as he enjoyed being near katy.
chapter 3 easter sunday.
the whole saturday which dave called "seven" like the number, katy and dave told each other stories from their lives and from books which they had read.
it felt too soon when dad told katy "it is time to go to church". mom protested "only christmas has church at night, but not easter until sunday." dad blushed and explained "i just wanted to give you the present from the EASTER BUNNY." dad handed dave the wrapped cube. the wrapping was striped like a ZEBRA black and white stripes. dave tried to pick at the tape with his fingernails but had trouble.
dad said "dont worry about the wrapping paper. it already served its purpose." so dave TORE through the zebra paper and found a cube like hard plastic but each side was the size of a DVD disk. only 6 pictures were on the cube: one photograph of a crab which looked color blue. on the next side one frog which was green. the next side was a fish with red and blue stripes like neon lights... probably not real dave thought. and the fourth side was an elk munching grass. the top said "top" in gold letters and had a picture of a red cardinal bird while the bottom had a picture of a whale.
katy wrinkled her nose but held back saying that was a dumb present... and dave thanked his father for "understanding that i like animals" at that katy winced. katy hated animal pets.
dad was stubborn "this IS your wish" and winked to show the hidden meaning.
katy tried to be polite and asked "if you could be ANY animal, then which one would you want to be? dave smiled and thought "if? i cant be an animal especialy not on easter sunday"
dave announced "first i do not want to be a MOUSE because they fear cats. katy nodded and said sincerely "CATS are awful" and she meant every word.
katy added "even strong LIONS are such a boring simple color."-"i dont want to be a hen which gives eggs every morning" said dave. katy giggled "hens are the lady, what about the man chicken?" dave explained "since people need hens for eggs, then the chicken we buy must be the man chicken" her eyebrows jumped in surprise, because it was the first time she had heard this idea and never thought about the chicken as a man or woman. katy replied "so that is the reason the chicken breast is smooth" [you know that chickens do not give milk but that is not the topic of this story.]

dave the BLUEBIRD flew around the empty room. he looked for katy but did not see her. he flew out of his room and saw mom walking out the door in the ... could it be sunlight?? but it was night after "seven"? why sunlight? so he asked "mom where are you going?" and mom responded "so lovely that a bird is singing to me as i go to church for easter sunday."
dave flew around the city looking at everything from high above and that WAS GOOD. then his instinct was to dive down and pull a worm out of the ground. as he felt the wet soft worm in his beak it tasted really good, like candy but different... daves mind overcame the pleasant taste and he could not eat a worm.

PENGUIN he did not care if he was at the north pole or the south pole but he was amazed that he did not feel the cold. dave flopped around on his new feet and slid on the ice with the other penguins. that was fun. he even swam in the cold water which did not feel cold. that was GOOD. he enjoyed swimming... until... after a few minutes dave wanted to fly again like when he was the blue bird.
uh-oh... something was terribly wrong... he could not fly...
dave was wearing a heavy fur coat as the sun hammered down. he felt like a panther near the long nile river. he hoped he was not the boring LION with no decoration. it would be nicer pattern of spots like a LEOPARD or even better stripes like a TIGER.
dave enjoyed drinking the water while standing on the hot land. until... a movement caught his eye.. it was LUNCH there was a MONKEY on the ground hopping along and dave started chasing the monkey. it began to run and climb a tree but dave the tiger could also climb the tree as he swiped his paw, with sharp talons, at the monkey dave felt bad for the monkey. and roared "I DO NOT WANT TO BE A MEAN KILLER TIGER". he wished no animals would kill "their own type" meaning animals same as people do not eat people, instead dave thought "people should hunt carnivore animals to extinction." so no more animals can kill their own type.
instantly dave changed to... the monkey! running from the tiger... that is no good either!
i wish i were a LLAMA and in the blink of an eye dave was safe in a llama body with grey fur and near the river called amazon. now he was safe and that was GOOD, however a human was hitting him and he was carrying a heavy load on his strong back.
dave decided he wanted to be stronger and wished he was a BEAR... forgetting bears eat other animals.
as expected dave was now a bear in a forest and around him were bears with black fur and bears with brown fur. dave considered the bad choice of a name because only a frog is "bare" but a "bear" is never "bare".
one bear said "hi my name is katy" and dave interrupted her, "i feel so hungry lets look for roots to eat". so the two bears went looking for roots and dug up plenty of roots and that WAS GOOD. until the humans came and started shooting... those hunters were ruining his fun. dave wanted to show those humans he was strong with one swipe of his strong arm, yet he knew the humans had guns so he wished he was a...
KANGAROO he looked to make sure there was no lady pouch. he was a man kangaroo. and he jumped so far. much further than when he was a human. and that WAS GOOD. he jumped to the river named murray river and drank some water.
suddenly rain fell on him and he felt so wet... dave wished he was in a stable and suddenly he was a HORSE in a wood stable near the river named "main" the people near it call it "the mine" like the letters ma+in.
he was now safe from the wind and rain and did not need to carry his roof like a trtle, and he wasnot hunted like the bears and monkeys.
still, a GIRAFFE is better than a horse now dave had a long kneck and he could reach the highest branches of the tree in the enclosed fence of the zoo. dave felt like an infant too young to speak who was placed in a crib with bears so that he would not go to the dangerous street where a car would hit him. that would hurt.
dave could not enjoy being a giraffe because the cube began to gloe on the bottom where the photo of the WHALE was. too soon dave was a giant whale swimming in the ocean. dave was happy and thought that he could breathe under the water like a fish... oops he could not. he needed air like a human. he sucked the cool water in his mouth and pumped the water up through a hole at the top of his head the water streamed out yet he felt like he had eaten and that WAS GOOD... until a loud noise irritated and annoyed him the noise increased louder and louder and a spear on a line stabbed into dave... good thing he was not truly a whale that would hurt... is there any animal which people do not hunt?
dave wished he was a pet fish. he swam in a long cube of glass but he was the only fish there. a machine was pushing bubbles and he thought he would name himself nemo or dory! dave swam for a long time he was a FISH for a very long time and he was hungrier and hungrier... the child had forgotten to feed him... so dave wished he would be...
A CHILD which would never forget to feed his pet fish ever again!
soon dave was a child again sitting next to katy looking out the window at the dark sky and katy announced the only pet i would ever want is a fish so they decided they would take care of a pet fish togther and every day after school dave and katy would hurry home to feed their pet fish and spend the evenings together chatting.
and they all lived happily ever after... well until they went to different colleges and never saw each other again...

is circumcision holy? or unholy compulsion on a helpless baby?
obviously only an adult can be a partner in any agreement or covenant so the issue must be examined further.
I support "The Danish Medical Association believes the circumcision of male children without a medical necessity is ethically unacceptable and should not be performed without the informed consent of the person undergoing the procedure."

frame of ural and contents based on length
this continues theme of previous post with some tweaking.
when i look at a map or a globe what catches my eye? big vast russia.
it is on the continent named asia but better named ural continent to include both sides of the ural mountains.
umtil then, the western most part is by "nile" continent [africa] although we should fix both names.
the first part of that continent to see the sunrise appear in the east is not in south but north.
the shape is not rectangle instead it is like stretching the corner of rectangle, as if the northern part was pulled east and less west by ural mountains while in the south it is pulled west and not east by coast.
to accurately map it i suggest starting at the western most edge near africa. until we upgrade the bad ural difvision
that is near 30/30 at 30 degrees likeone third of section of circle from equator.
what city on east side is also 30 degrees? shanghai is around 30 degrees north of equator like cairo.
the length of the continent from edge to coast is over 8000 kilometer around 8300 kilometer and from cairo near edge to india border 4071km north west of new delhi and morre 4530 kilometer to shanghai total near 30 degrees is far 8600 km.
we could make the edges of asia curved following due north from cairo and the map would have two curved sides. however i suggets making a map based on LENGTH with straight sides not all land but as much as easily inclusive about this continent.
