the chinese tradition has a festival about two bright stars one between the cloud of milky way to horizon and one over cloud. when does the star rise? the star near the horizon, a bright star we name altair, is not visible until it rises... so not JOINED its lover named vega or chinese name.
on date 28 june soon after the sun "sets" on west at that time 19:52 soon after it, 19:54 as below, altair rises in east kuz "sun-set west" on june 27-30 at 19:52 but ARE=altair rise east, changes: date 27 a,r,e 19:58 not nearest to sunset. date 28 ARE 19:54 with sunset, it rises joining vega, so that is the day of OINING admittedly the chinese need magppies birds to make a bridge and "no magpies to make a brij until date double seven" yet better to fix that the birds do it magpie make brij at sunset! but later days jul 1 19:52, al. rise east? 1943 before sunset and appears further from sunset date 2, 52, when ar 39
similarly too early on date 29, ARE 1950 before sunset while sun shines hard to see stars so not "visible together" until after sunset.
what about june 25? alt is also visible with vega? rises 20.06 not nearest sunset same flaw as date 27. until date 28. then we can celebrate they join but many months altair is visible at night making the "summer triangle" from march to october not only summer kuz the only change is only the time of visibility relative to sun set. yet far from sunset.
still no need for precision any of the five days before and after
from june 24 until july 2 is near enuf to celebrate.
