God will be the one who punishes sins. those biblical Commandments without the word judge are CERTAINLY NOT a human judge. also NOT neighbor nor police nor even a religious-judge kadi/rabbi can claim "book sent me to give death penalty."
The idea that GOD is the one who AVENGES and judges in Isaia 5,16 and Deuteronomy 32,35 and Psalm 94,1 even the jewish rabbi who rejects romans still should not teach different than isaiah !!
provides EXPLANATION to the ideas in the bible "a murderer will die" Leviticus 24,17 or other sins, Leviticus 21,9 and more that
even with the WORD "judge" the "judge topples and hits forty times" Deuteronomy 25,2 is it human judge? isaiah 5,16 provides EXPLANATION that GOD is the judge. who must? somebody must? God is the one to cause the fulfillment not any human. Certainly other commandments without the word judge are further from a human judge.
