c1: Alice spoke to her pet kittens, at home, while her black kitten, playd with a ball of string. al held it up to the mirror n wanted to go to the other side. Al magicly shrunk upward and stood on a ledge. so she walkd *thrue [due]. The pictures on the wall beside the mirror were moving alive. 

chessmen marched in the fireplace ash. al heard a noise so turnd n saw a White Pawn on a table. White Queen ran n nokd her King down in the ash. Al lifted Q up to the pawn and also lifted K, dusted him and put him by Q. 

he wrote using a pencil. Al took it [refer previous book] and she must have been invisible. a book had backward letters so al held it by the mirror to read it. The poem told of a knight who battled a beast. she  descended steps n floated to the home door.

2 Alice walkd out n along a path towards a nearby hill, but suddenly came again to the home door. a flower told al that all flowers can talk n that "trees bark" to scare away danger. Daisies sang until al said,  "stop or else i will pick you." 

Rose n Violet insulted Al. Tiger-lily, [+roared n] scolded them. they told Al that the Red Queen was taller than Alice, in contrast to the white queen. The Rose advised Al, if you want to go to q then walk away from q.

Al walkd toward Q but suddenly came again to the door. she obeyd so came to q n said she wanted to go to a garden but can't! q comforted her "other gardens are better". al added it is on that hill. Q said "i saw hills that make this hill seem like a valley." 

Q led Al to the hilltop. the land was a giant chessboard. Queen appointed al as White Pawn in the second square like chess. al n q ran but stayd in the same place. Q explaind al will becom queen n disappeard. 

3 Alice saw elephants far. +a beetle told her they acted like bees making honey". surprisingly she was in a train car. a Guard lookd at her using a telescope, a microscope, and opera glasses. A man only wore white paper. a goat said, "she should know about the ticket office." 

The train jumpd over water... +moving her 2 spots like in chess". now Al sat in a tree's shade in the fourth place forest. a gnat grew to the size of a chicken. the Gnat talked like beetles and flowers in this world. it explaind: a horsefly will be a rocking-horse-fly. a butterfly will be a Bread-and-butter-fly. 

Al enterd a forest where she cannot remember the name of anything. she thout her name starts with the letter L. She came to a Fawn, who led her out. Alice met twins.

4 Al recited a poem about a "rattle battle". They deny it. Al took both their hand. the twins danced with her. they recited a poem about a Walrus who tricked oysters to come ashore where it ate them. Al saw the Red King sleeping under a tree and snoring like a train engine. 

Al started crying sadly due to doubt if she was real. a guy grabd her wrist. a rattle was on the ground. a guy  saw his new rattle broken n showd anger. a great crow scared the twins off.

5 Al ran in the forest. a shawl blew around her. She grabd it n returnd it to the White Queen. end part 1
