the reason "inches" are good and better

joining the crowd? or the mob? list of countries not using "metric" system for measurements: of nearly 200 countries only "three countries" are not using the metric system: Liberia, Myanmar and United States of America. What is the benefit of using "inches"?--because same as YEAR cycle of orbit was divided into 12 parts called months for easy division same to use inches to divide the "foot" evenly into 12 because that is like months [and hours] all easily divisible evenly.
in contrast what is a fourth of a meter? not even. or a third? even worse ! jesus christ . so really the question is why are almost 200 countries so very foolish?--except liberia and myanmar. don't join the mob.
