suggestion for pulling up "briefs" underpants

when i was a child i would try to stand on one foot and pull the briefs up the leg... but lost my balance here is the solution... how to prepare in  just a few seconds.
a suggestion for pulling up underpants for adults and children age 5 and older
obviously in the morning awake for schoola dn need to empty the waste... next before removing pajama practice standing on each foot for 5 breaths  in-out-in-out-in for each leg to train ankles. one practice unless weak muscles then 2 or 3 tries until able to stand on one foot for the 5 breaths in-out-in-out-in as above note if after 3 attempts you canot stand for these 5 breaths then this method is not for you and seek excercise to strengthen leg muscles
after 3 practices for the short time of five breaths barely 2 seconds slide off night clothing and then stand on one foot [either one no need to think about which] and pull up he underwear because having practiced 3 times you should be able to pull it up while standing on one leg just enuf time and then stand on the other one and insert leg and pull up the same method should work for short pants but long pants i suggest sit to pull up long pants.
note: can a homosexual stop using the "rear exit"? if uses the rear exit even of woman that shows they are addicted... to the rear exit... even somebody married to a woman if he prefers the rear exit it is an addiction... show her that you are not addicted. if you can?
