4385+ spectre on 23/12, a shiny colorful device blocked the ship. kirk got warned but insisted he is not an attacker. kirk team went to transport. they see fog and get punished by death for trespassing. kirk tried to avoid duel by talking to everyone but talking does not help. they prepare for the duel. a lady loved chekov until a guy took her away, again! this time chekov went to take her back but the guy shot him dead! spok used mind ability to convince them "there is no spoon matrix" that the gun only shoots "spectre", it will not really shoot anything despite seeming to. so unharmed by shooting. kirk fought back by kicking so passed the test of not killing. they awoke on the ship including chekov, and can make an ally.
